Connect Garmin in Settings, under Devices. Garmin sync is part of Remap Pro.
When you connect, Garmin asks which data to share. Leave activities on to import them, and courses on to send your saved routes.
Your activities
Outdoor rides, runs, walks and hikes you record on Garmin appear in Remap on their own, from the moment you connect. Activities from before you connected stay on Garmin. Indoor and virtual workouts, and other sports, stay there too.
Each activity shows the device it was recorded on.
Your saved routes
Your 50 newest saved routes go to Garmin Connect as courses, and from there to your device when it syncs. Save a new one and the oldest leaves Garmin. Rename or delete a saved route and the course follows. Courses you make in Garmin don’t come into Remap.
If sync stops
Paused. Sync pauses while you’re not on Pro. Activities you record while it’s paused stay on Garmin, and new ones come in again when you renew.
Reconnect. Garmin sometimes asks you to sign in again. Open Settings and choose Reconnect.
Courses don’t arrive. You turned off course sharing at Garmin. Connect again and leave it on.
Connected to another account. A Garmin account can link to one Remap account at a time. Disconnect it there first.
Disconnecting
Open Settings and choose Disconnect Garmin. New activities stop coming in. Activities already in Remap stay, and courses already on Garmin stay there.
